"Coffee with Champions" is a weekly leadership workshop for driven leaders who want to make a real impact, tackle tough challenges, and walk away with practical insights they can put into action right away. Throughout the program, you'll explore topics like perseverance, marketing, leadership, social impact, and more, helping you grow in every aspect of your leadership journey. The only rule is that we're here to learn from each other—no idea is wrong, and all perspectives are valued.

This week's topic (09/23/26): This session is about finding purpose in your work. A McKinsey study found that 70% of people say work defines their sense of purpose, but only 15% of frontline employees feel they're actually living it. The conversation is about whether it's possible to close that gap, and what it actually takes.

This is a FREE event for members! Non-members can attend 4 CWC events for free; after that, Chamber membership is required. These events are held in the large conference room at the Springboro Chamber office.
