"Coffee with Champions" is a weekly leadership workshop for driven leaders who want to make a real impact, tackle tough challenges, and walk away with practical insights they can put into action right away. Throughout the program, you'll explore topics like perseverance, marketing, leadership, social impact, and more, helping you grow in every aspect of your leadership journey. The only rule is that we're here to learn from each other—no idea is wrong, and all perspectives are valued.

This week's topic (07/29/26): This session is about building a dream team at work, even if you have no say in who gets hired. Two-thirds of employees are disengaged, and the group digs into why that is and what actually gets people locked in and committed.

This is a FREE event for members! Non-members can attend 4 CWC events for free; after that, Chamber membership is required. These events are held in the large conference room at the Springboro Chamber office.
