The Military of the Purple Heart (MOPH) is the only organization officially chartered by Congress specifically for wounded veterans who received the Purple Heart.

The organization was founded in 1958 and works to “promote patriotism, support necessary legislative initiatives, and most importantly, provide service to all veterans and their families,”
