A Certified Dream Manager®, Holistic Health Coach®, and Transformational Mastery Life Coach®, Amy works with individual clients, teams, and groups through one-on-one and group coaching, corporate wellness and empowerment workshops, Dream Storming® sessions, and VIP one-day intensives.

Amy is co-founder of Breakthrough Coaching Center, a virtual practice comprised of certified health, life, and executive coaches and child life specialists trained to help clients become the best versions of themselves.

A sought-after speaker and facilitator, Amy has served people across the globe in organizations including Google, Cutler Realtors, Patricia Nash Designs, Women’s Council of Realtors, OPERS, Wellness Workdays, Mettler Toledo, Resource/Ammirati, and her alma-mater, The Ohio State University.

Amy resides in Springboro, Ohio and gives most of her free time to healthy lifestyle activities, outdoor sports and recreation, and quality time with her family, friends, and community.
