With more than 20 years of coaching experience, Amy Marzluff is a Certified Dream Manager® and Life Coach who helps individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate life's challenges and transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Through her innovative Coaching as a Benefit model, Amy partners with organizations to provide confidential, personalized coaching that supports employees through stress, burnout, health goals, communication challenges, life transitions, relationships, career decisions, financial stress, grief, and personal growth.

As a Certified Dream Manager® trained through Matthew Kelly's Dream Manager program, Amy also facilitates Dream Storming® workshops and coaching experiences that help employees reconnect with purpose, set meaningful goals, and thrive both personally and professionally.
