"Coffee with Champions" is designed for leaders who are eager to make a meaningful impact but may struggle with knowing the right steps to take. Our weekly leadership workshops provide guidance on your most challenging questions, empowering you to become a force for good in your world.
This week's topic (1/21/26): This session is focused on building confidence and skill in having difficult conversations. We will talk through what to say and what not to say, how to stay calm when discussions get tense, and why people often become defensive in challenging moments. You will also walk away with five practical tips you can use right away to make tough conversations more productive and less stressful!
Throughout the program, you'll explore topics like perseverance, marketing, leadership, social impact, and more, helping you grow in every aspect of your leadership journey. The only rule is that we're here to learn from each other—no idea is wrong, and all perspectives are valued.
This is a FREE event for members! Non-members can attend 4 CWC events for free; after that, Chamber membership is required. These events are held in the large conference room at the Springboro Chamber office.
