Trunk-Or-Treat In The Park

Description

Join us Sunday, October 18, at 3 p.m. at North Park for our second annual Trunk-or-Treat event. Last year, the event was held on the large grassy field across from the Main Park. This year, we’re moving to the paved park area next to the restrooms, giving us plenty of space to grow. With 77 spots available, the sky’s the limit—but we need your help! Last year, more than 600 kids attended, but only 20 decorated cars participated. Let’s fill every space this year! 

Wondering what’s planned this year? We’re glad you asked. 

-Best Costume Contest: ...Awards will be given for boy, girl, and adult categories, with winners chosen by crowd participation. 

-Best Decorated Trunk Contest: ...Grand Champion and Runner-Up awards will be presented. -Lots of cars filled with candy! 

-The Haunted Trailer Returns!!! 

-Visits by Springboro and Clearcreek PD 

-Visits by Clearcreek Fire 

-Food trucks, vendors, live music, and more! 

Many local businesses are coming together to create a fun, safe Halloween celebration for children in our community. If you’d like to participate, here are a few ways to get involved: 

•If decorating a trunk isn’t for you, consider donating candy for participants to hand out. •Dress up your child, yourself, or both, and come enjoy the event at the park. 

•Decorate your trunk, stock it with candy, and celebrate with us. 

•Local businesses and small business vendors are welcome to set up at the park and hand out candy. Participation is free; registration is required. 

•Food truck owners are also invited to join us. Participation is free; registration is required. 

•New this year: trophy sponsorships. If you or your business would like to sponsor one of the five trophies, please contact us at the email address below. 

Registration is simple: email us at legacytattooparlor@gmail with “Registration” in the subject line, and briefly describe how you’d like to participate.
