Lance will share insights on “How to Stop Hitting All the Red Lights.” This is a candid talk about why smart people keep getting stopped by the same frustrations and how clarity in a few key areas leads to better decisions, fewer detours, and real forward progress at work and in life. Drawing from decades of leadership, entrepreneurship, personal missteps, and thousands of conversations with leaders, Lance shares the patterns that consistently slow people down.

Lance and his wife Jessica founded Coffee with Champions in 2021. It is a peer-led professional development program used across healthcare, tech, construction, manufacturing, nonprofits, and more. Since its inception, the program has generated over 17,000 connections and received multiple awards.
