Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Hometown Expo, celebrating its 25th year! Come see why this Expo is the largest in Warren County! This page is for Exhibitor Registration—visitors attending the event do not need to register. 

Booth Registration Dates are as follows: Want to register for a booth without sponsoring? Open registration begins 1/12/2026. Your business must be a Springboro Chamber of Commerce member (in good standing) in order to register for a booth.

GOLD SPONSORS ($1,000 + Booth Fee) - November 17, 2025

SILVER SPONSORS ($750 + Booth Fee) - December 1, 2025

BRONZE SPONSORS ($500 + Booth Fee) - December 15, 2025

PATRON SPONSORS ($250 + Booth Fee) - January 5, 2026

OPEN REGISTRATION (Booth Fee) - January 12, 2026

How to Register:

  1. Confirm your Springboro Chamber membership is in good standing before proceeding.
  2. Enter your email in the first form-fill and click "Go" to link your business account.

Selecting Your Booth & Sponsorship:

  1. Enter your email in the initial form.
  2. Click the "+" icon next to your preferred booth area or sponsorship (if applicable).
  3. Review sponsorship opportunities directly below the booth area options before moving forward. Click "Continue" to select your exact booth number in the next menu.
  4. Choose your specific booth from the dropdown and fill in exhibitor details

Exhibitor Requirements:

  • Mandatory booth setup: March 20, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 7 PM. Event day is for touch-ups only. Be ready by 9 AM on March 21, 2026.
  • Door Prize: Provide a prize worth $25 or more (no coupons or discounts).
  • Entry Supplies: Bring your own entry forms, pens, and container for collecting entries.
  • Winner Notification: You are responsible for drawing and contacting the winner. Use the raffle entries as leads after the event!

Time

The event is from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

Set Up Times: Exhibitors are required to set up on Friday, March 20th between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. Doors will open to exhibitors for FINAL touch up of exhibits on Saturday, March 21st at 8:00 AM.

Location

Springboro High School

If you are located in the food vendor area or the main gym, please enter the high school through the main entrance on set-up day (3/20). Anyone in the small gym, main hallway, or mini gym, please enter through the secondary entrance on set-up day (3/20). 

On event day (3/21) only the main entrance will be open for vendors and attendees.

Pricing

This event is free for members of the community to attend. No ticket is needed, this registration is for Hometown Expo exhibitors only.
