August Lunch & Learn | Managing Stress Made Simple

Description

Stress is part of life, but managing it doesn’t have to be complicated. Join Helen Litrell of Ellie Mental Health and Jenny Henderson of Essential Yoga and Wellness for an engaging conversation on stress management, including why it matters and easy wins employers and employees can use right away. You’ll also learn simple, accessible ways to process stress using breath with movement that can be integrated into everyday life. 

$5 for members; $10 for non-members. 

PLUS every Springboro Chamber member who attends will be entered into our $1,000 annual raffle, with the winner drawn at our Annual Meeting & Gala in October.
