Whether you’re a leader, caregiver, or simply someone striving to show up as your best self, this talk will empower you to fill your own cup first—so you can pour into others from a place of renewed strength and balance.

About Rachel Healy: Rachel Healy, CDP is an Eldercare Consultant and co-owner of Senior Care Authority of Greater Cincinnati. Rachel started her professional career at a Cincinnati Hospital running medical tests in the hospital’s Chemistry Lab. From there, she moved into Customer Service for the hospital lab helping to troubleshoot inefficiencies in laboratory systems. By providing better laboratory support for doctors and their staff, she helped to provide better outcomes for hospital patients.  

Rachel’s passion for serving seniors started very early as two of her grandparents lived with her family as she grew up.  That passion for serving others led her to move her parents from Virginia to Ohio in 2009 so that she could care for both of them. Rachel was the primary caregiver for her mother, who had Parkinson’s Disease, for the last six years of her life in her home.

Realizing how difficult caregiving is on the family, Mark and Rachel wanted to make a difference by using the knowledge and experience they had gained personally to help other families. Mark and Rachel are now able to use their experience, skills and compassion to help relieve some of the stress that families deal with in caring for their older loved ones.

This is being held at the Springboro Chamber (located inside the Performing Arts Center). This will be held in the large conference room in the Chamber office.
