"Coffee with Champions" is a weekly leadership workshop for driven leaders who want to make a real impact, tackle tough challenges, and walk away with practical insights they can put into action right away.

This week's topic (03/04/26): DID YOU KNOW YOU ARE IN SALES? It is true. Every one of us is in sales. Think about it. Job interviews. Asking for a raise. Selling a car. Posting on Facebook Marketplace. Getting your kids to clean up. Pitching an idea at work. Planning a group trip. Asking for help. Dating. Negotiating fees. Life is full of sales. In this workshop, we will explore the 4 steps to doing it better.  The shortcut to success is learning how to sell.

Throughout the program, you'll explore topics like perseverance, marketing, leadership, social impact, and more, helping you grow in every aspect of your leadership journey. The only rule is that we're here to learn from each other—no idea is wrong, and all perspectives are valued.

This is a FREE event for members! Non-members can attend 4 CWC events for free; after that, Chamber membership is required. These events are held in the large conference room at the Springboro Chamber office.
