Dr. Cassie B. Barlow, President of the Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education (SOCHE), will share insights on how every member of the community can play a role in shaping the next generation. She will discuss practical ways to get involved and support students, faculty, and workforce development initiatives.

About the speaker: Dr. Barlow brings a unique perspective from her extensive leadership experience. She served as the 88th Air Base Wing Commander at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, leading over 5,000 military, civilian, and contractor personnel, before retiring from active duty in 2014. As SOCHE’s President, she focuses on collaboration among 23 colleges and universities, professional development, and addressing workforce needs. A graduate of Georgetown University, Dr. Barlow has held 13 assignments throughout her distinguished career.
