About Nicole Roberts: 

Nicole Roberts is an HR industry analyst, advisor, and executive coach with over 20 years of experience helping organizations build strong, people-centered businesses. She has served as a Chief People Officer and senior HR leader across private equity-backed and high-growth organizations, where she built and scaled HR functions from the ground up.

Today, Nicole advises business leaders, HR teams, and HR technology companies on workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, and the intersection of people and business performance. She is a faculty member with the Human Capital Institute and an analyst with 3Sixty Insights.

Nicole is also the founder of People Solutions Group and the host of the Amplify Your Signal podcast, where she elevates the voices and stories of professionals navigating career transitions. A breast cancer survivor, she brings a powerful perspective on resilience, leadership, and navigating uncertainty — helping individuals and organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.
