Join us at our Women in Power - June Meeting - Leading Through the Change: Hormones, Health, and Women in Midlife. We invite women from the Springboro business community to join our collaborative Women in Power Group, focused on empowerment, inspiration, and personal and professional growth. This event is free for members and non-members!

A few takeaways that Participants will walk away with: Many “midlife symptoms” are hormone-driven, not personal failure. Brain fog, anxiety, weight changes, fatigue, poor sleep, and low motivation are common signs of hormonal shifts, not something women just need to “push through.”

About Alison Sturgis: I’m Alison, a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Avenity Wellness & Hormones.

Before starting Avenity, I spent years watching women struggle with perimenopause, menopause, fatigue, mood changes, painful or irregular cycles, migraines, PCOS, and endometriosis, often being told their only options were birth control, an antidepressant, or “learning to live with it.” That never sat right with me.

At Avenity, we do things differently. We actually test hormones, listen to the full story, and support the body instead of shutting it down. My passion is helping women feel like themselves again, clear-headed, energized, emotionally steady, and confident in their bodies.
